BlueSTATS™ Zone detects any Bluetooth enabled person or asset, anonymously and without intrusion or breach of personal privacy. The information is captured, analyzed, reported and stored by the service to support management decisions.

BLUEAWARE is an end to end backend solution equipped with AWARE intelligence that manages profile, itinerary, requirement, needs and identity (for an asset or person).

The built-in proprietary content aggregating algorithm provides variety methods for creation and management of services available, both commercial and informational.

MyBUDDY is application that sit on smart devices with people assist intelligence which manages CONTENT CUSTOMIZATION & DELIVERY for deals, promotions, marketing, information, alerts, b2c services - buying, booking, selling, payment, searches, cataloguing

MyBUDDY is a situational AWARE service, whereby the information displayed to the customer changes according to three variables.

• CONTEXT - Who is the customer? Age? Sex? Preferences? Dislikes? Hobbies? etc. This information comes from a number of online sources and always with permission.
  
  
• LOCATION - Where is the customer now? This information is captured seamlessly using mobile location based services off-site and using Switch2Blue's PresenceAWARE proprietary network on-site. iPAX is Switch2Blue proprietary network sensing smart device with digital boarding pass and MyBUDDY functionalities for the airport passengers.

iPAX provides replacement to the conventional paper boarding pass with on board microprocessor and memory storage for vital biometrics information.

This is a small portable device (approximately credit card in height and width, and several times deeper than a credit card) which also function as a multi-purpose mobile digital display card system for the following purposes:-

1. An electronic identification pass with short range RF access functionality.
2. A means for tracking the carrier's movements through the Sensors Array equipped area.
3. A location AWARE mechanism linking to the administrative system, constantly checking the carrier's location, relevant response (information or alert delivery) from administrative can be initiated automatically.
4. A mechanism for alerting the carrier about real-time event.
5. A way of delivering targeted advertising and information to the carrier.
6. A digital storage for infotainment and informative media such maps, brochures, movies and product presentation.

BlueGATE is a merchant gateway web service interface that allow merchant to manage customized upload, charges, provide information and services

BlueGATE is a customizable plugin web service component to the BlueAWARE application. The web service allows operators of the BLUEAWARE application to provide user friendly interface for their customers or merchants to manage and measure their marketing campaign against a variety of situational responses.
