Our PresenceAWARE™ portfolio provides the IT components for solutions that identify the exact location of customers within a facility (such as an airport or a shopping mall).

At its lowest level this provides monitoring, flow and footfall information. This can be applied to congestion and queue management. Greater sophistication can be added by sending information that matches the context and/or profile of the customer, based on his exact location.

PresenceAWARE™ applications are built on open Web and Mobile standards; designed to simplify implementation, maximize efficiency and provide revenue opportunities.

Our Solutions

There are 2 levels of solutions :-

  1. BlueSTATS™ Zone

    A Plug & Play solution to monitor the realtime flow of people on a statistical basis

  2. BlueAWARE™

    A solution that extends beyond the awareness of location to allow a flow of context sensitive communication to provide information based on the surrounding context, such as the time and distance to a departure gate, or a retail offer at a nearby outlet.

Both solutions provide a new source of revenues, a new approach to increase efficiency and a higher ROI on existing infrastructure and assets.

PresenceAWARE™ is developed to be customizable for large indoor and outdoor spaces such as Airports, Casinos, Shopping Malls, Theme Parks, Exhibition sites and Conference venues.

10 March 2011 - Moodie Report recognises Switch2Blue technology "has the potential to deliver significant benefits to airports in terms of operations, security, and management of their physical assets and staff".

6 January 2011 - Brij Sahi, one of our founders and directors, was appointed a member of the ACI World Information Technology Committee. This appointment highlights the value of the Switch2Blue offering to the aviation industry.

8 December 2010 - Members from IDA Singapore were hosted by Hewlett-Packard to showcase the Switch2Blue Indoor Tracking Technology at the HP Cooltown Innovation Centre in Singapore.

24 November 2010 - Switch2Blue launched its new BlueSTATS system at the HP Cooltown Innovation Centre. HP recognises Switch2Blue as an innovative technology partner in indoor tracking and as a business partner for this technology offering.

Based in Singapore, Switch2Blue works with value added resellers and other delivery channel partners to focus this technology on specific vertical and regional markets.

Switch2Blue provides both the Application and the Service. The Core Technology components are applied via Solution Development and Integration. Switch2Blue provides the central Operational and Customer support through a team of highly trained technicians and customer service staff available on a 24/7 basis all year round.
